About the practice

Career transition work carried out on marked-up documents, not on encouragement

Portrait of the founder of the career transition practice
Julia Lopez, Managing Director. Practice based in Kyiv, working with clients across Ukraine and in remote or relocation tracks.

Every engagement starts with your own material: a CV, a test result, a recorded answer. We mark it up together, and each margin note explains the reasoning behind a change.

The method assumes the Ukrainian employment market has its own rules. Screening here often runs as a structured interview in Ukrainian, followed by a second round in English with an international hiring panel. Preparation is built around both formats rather than a generic script.

What the work covers

  • 01Skills assessment against a dated matrix, with the sample size stated on the page.
  • 02CV development: bullet rewrites, scope limits, and evidence lines a recruiter can check.
  • 03Interview preparation with recorded drills and a written coach review after each round.

What it does not cover

  • No job placement and no guarantee of an offer.
  • No employer introductions or referrals into hiring teams.
  • No visa or work-permit assistance.
